Not easy to install. It would be helpful if a template with the shelves was included. They do not line up with the studs in the wall. We bought more sturdy anchors for the unit. You also have to drill 3 holes per base, lots of measuring, leveling to get them straight. With three of us working on getting these installed(with a carpenter). Mine are still a little off because they move so much. A template would have been so much easier to level, place and drill… I AM very happy with the results, but what a pain in the butt!Originally I was impressed with how sturdy the bars were on this product. I realize after putting holes in my wall for the anchors that this product would not lineup straight. The welds on some of the bars made it so that it could not be bent for angles to be square. Furthermore the shelves did not fit between the bars.I had to use a tablesaw and cut down the shelves to be able to fit within the bars. The metal piece that the cups and glasses hang from was also too long to fit between the bars, and had to use a saw to cut that down in order to fit.In the end the shelf is obviously not square, but I decided to keep it as I already put a bunch of holes in my wall. It does look nice, though when you look at it it is very obviously not straight.Easy to assemble! I love my purchase!Very cute and good qualityNot sure how it is I have no instructions on how to put it together I don’t know parts are missing the box was ripped open when I got it and they were screws on the ground with a UPS driver dropped it off because the box was openI’ve seen molasses drip in January faster than this delivery and return process. Terrible.... deal with someone else
