I am a 6' tall big man and wanted a pouch with a long band so I could wear it across my chest. This one fits perfectly and hang the bottle at my waist. A 24oz bottle fits perfect to just past the top of the pouch. It could take a bigger bottle. Some people complained that the bottle may fall out. I put a rubber band around the snap that hold the phone and pull it over the bottle in the pouch. That worked great. No way it would fall out. See the picture I posted
