Update - raised review from 1 star to 3. I bought two of these and the brush is crushed to the point of uselessness - both brushes! Not used, just massively squished. The glass part is great but for the price the squished brushes in both of these is really poor. On the plus side, I called Grohe and they sent two replacement brushes. They took a month to ship from Germany but they are not squished and that's excellent.One other point is the square stem the brush attaches to looks cool, but doesn't feel wonderful. It does not hurt or anything, it just doesn't feel ergonomic. If the price for these was like $20 I would give all 5 stars at this point but since they are ridiculously expensive my expectations are HIGH.
